SMTP Server

Configure an SMTP server for delivering emails. Just specify the SMTP server of your ISP or your email provider.

Add SMTP Server

  1. Click on the SMTP Server tab then click Add SMTP Server link.
  2. Fill in the necessary info for the following fields:
    • Name
      Type any name that will identify the POP account to other POP accounts.
    • IP
      Specify the IP address of the SMTP server (outgoing mail server). Contact your ISP or third party email provider if you plan to use their servers.
    • Status
      Active/Operational - SMTP server enabled.
      Disabled - SMTP server disabled.
      Error Auto Disabled - disabled by the system due to configuration error.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. To go back to SMTP Server Menu, just click Close button.

Edit SMTP Server

  1. Click SMTP Server tab then click the name of the SMTP server that you want to edit. This will show you the current settings for that particular SMTP server.
  2. Change or edit any entries you want and click Save button.

Delete SMTP Server

  1. Click SMTP Server tab then click the name of the SMTP server that you want to delete. This will show you the current settings for that particular SMTP server.
  2. Click Delete button to remove the SMTP server.
