Create Comma Delimited Files (CSV)

Microsoft™ Excel™

  1. Input the required data (first name, last name, email address) per column of your mailing list.
  2. Click File, select Save As.
  3. Type the desired filename and select CSV (comma delimited) for the file type.
  4. If you receive a warning about the selected file type not supporting multiple sheets, just click OK.

Microsoft™ Outlook™

  1. Click on Contacts in the Outlook Bar.
  2. Select File, then Import and Export.
  3. In the Import and Export Wizard, select Export to a File and then, click Next.
  4. For the type of export file, select Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click Next.
  5. Type desired file name and click Next.
  6. Click Finish to complete the export.

Microsoft™ Outlook Express™

  1. Click on Address Book.
  2. Click File, Export and then other Address book.
  3. Select text file (comma separated values) and click Export button.
  4. Select the location where you want to save the file. Type the desire filename and file type should be Comma Separated Values (*.csv).
  5. Click Save then click Next.
  6. Select the fields you wish to export. Make sure that it matches the variables though.
  7. Then, click Close.
